Join me for The Pause!

Oh yes, it is going to be just as restorative and beautiful as it sounds!

I'm thrilled to offer this restorative experience in collaboration with my friend, Pam Lowe Cho. Pam is the Founder of Trek Coaching Outdoors, where she combines her deep coaching experience with her unique ability to engage nature to create a sense of calm, clarity, and restoration.

This event will use a grounded approach (literally) to working with nature to realign and reset your intention for the personal and professional life you want to create. You will be immersed in the glorious colors of the season and the powerful energy of a community of like-minded women for the afternoon.

We will gather for lunch and community-building, then move in and out of nature, taking our cues from the season as we design plans to take intentional action steps to move forward. This season is full of lessons about transition and letting go, let's see what is here for you!

Creating this moment to pause and create inspired action is so important...we are offering 2 events!

Both events will have a similar flow and the details will connect to each special location: Cincinnati Nature Center on October 13 and Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park and Museum on October 21.

Each event will begin with a seasonal lunch at noon and wrap up around 4:00 PM. These events will proceed rain or shine (don't worry, we have indoor space if needed!). In addition to lunch and materials, all-day admission to each park is included in the event price! Bring a friend and plan to go on a hike or walk through the art!

Nature is for everyone. That is the foundation of all of the work at Cincinnati Nature Center. Each year, the CNC welcomes thousands of nature enthusiasts from around the region and beyond to explore the 1,800 acres of forests, prairies, streams, ponds, and wetlands.

Our event will take place at the Krippendorf Lodge at Rowe Woods in Milford, Ohio. Built in 1900 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011, Krippendorf Lodge is sited on more than 1,000 acres of spectacular forests, fields, streams and ponds. (It's gorgeous!)

With a mission to bring people to art in nature, Pyramid Hill is a three hundred-plus acre nonprofit sculpture park with a permanent collection of 80+ monumental outdoor sculptures displayed in a landscape of rolling hills, meadows, lakes, and hiking trails. The Park also features an Ancient Sculpture Museum that displays Greek, Roman, Etruscan, Syrian and Egyptian antiquities dating to 1550 BCE. The Museum Gallery hosts exhibitions by local, regional, and national artists.

Our event will take place at The Pyramid House. This was the home of the Founder, Harry T. Wilks. This one-of-a-kind underground home was designed by Harry and a local architect Luke Schelly. The home has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, Architectural Digest, and more. Lovely front and back patios open to stunning views of the park.

Pam and I are so excited to create this space for you. We are committed to using our gifts to design a gathering that is as impactful as it is restorative. If you have any questions, email me at stephanie@thepolengroup.com
