My own Unshakeable journey began when I became discouraged by the lack of personal identity and worth in corporate America. I completely lost myself in the race for professional success. I was chasing everything—the perfect career, the perfect marriage, the perfect family—and not succeeding at any of it.

I learned that true success is found when I recognize my unique value and activate that value in service of others. I also learned that true success comes when you develop those you lead to do the same.  

Now I spend my time passionately raising awareness of self and others in order to create a community which fosters the courage to stand up and be the Unshakeable leader you are! I speak from 20 years of executive experience and share the solutions I have learned about the common challenges of woman leaders in the workplace.
