1. We are fiercely supportive of one another. We show up when we are called on. We show up when we feel like it and when we don’t. We are a consistent, reliable foundation for encouragement and accountability.

2. We are uniquely created, inherently valuable, and worthy of love and respect. Each one of us. As such, we are going to bring diverse ideas and stories, which will be honored and celebrated. We will not tolerate behavior or language that does not respect each individual.

3. We are a safe space. We assume a posture of trust and confidentiality in all things. This is non-negotiable. Anything that is said, posted, or shared inside of The Collective is for use only inside the membership.
